Senior Catering Sales Manager

Amy joined Ray’s Boathouse and the catering team in May of 2001.   Hired first as an Administrative Assistant for Ray’s Catering, she is now our Senior Catering Sales and Events Manager.  

Guests appreciate her upbeat, approachable, helpful personality and for her extreme attention to the smallest of details that create for a smooth and successful event.  

Amy is a professional business woman first who prides herself on engaging guests from the moment she connects with them. That being said, she believes in living a conscious life, being transparent and having loads of fun!

Amy has planned many parties from large off-premise corporate events and fundraising galas to the most intimate and fun weddings. Weddings are something she is very passionate about.  She will provide you with fun and ease while planning for your dream day.  She will be present and focused while creating an environment of memories and calm. She is highly organized, is a great listener, communicates clearly and is supportive in ways you may not have expected.  

When Amy is not with colleagues and guests at Ray’s you can find her having fun, relaxing and loving times with her husband, taking long walks, foraging the home garden to toss a salad and baking to create reminders of her dear grandmother.

She believes in giving and doing for others, adores eating dark chocolates and sipping superbly textured wines from around the globe.
