Ken Ritter

Director of Catering

Ken Ritter brings over ten years experience of food and beverage operations and service management to Ray's Boathouse Catering. Beginning his career at Louisiana State University in the mid-1990s, Ken held positions including Assistant Catering Manager and Catering Manager.  Moving on to La Madeleine French Bakery & CafĂ©, Ken managed all areas of operations, marketing and human resources for the New Orleans location of the nationally renowned bakery chain. As Director of Banquet Services for the Audubon Nature Institute in New Orleans from 1999 to 2005, Ken was responsible for the production and successful execution of all catered events contracted at each Audubon Nature Institute facility and off-site locations including the zoo, the aquarium, and several other parks and museums. 

Ken and his staff are an integral part of the Ray's Boathouse Catering team, executing a wide range and variety of events with skill and professionalism.
