Lori Magaro

Lori grew up in a small town in central Pennsylvania. After graduating from Temple University, she began her marketing career in Philadelphia working for a variety of companies including an engineering firm and a law firm. When the opportunity arose in 1996, she left Philadelphia for the wild West and drove cross-country to start a new life in Seattle. By chance, a marketing position was available at Ray's Boathouse and she jumped at the opportunity to work at a famous restaurant. Although Lori never intended to stay so long, Ray's culture of integrity, sustainability and family are qualities that she finds unique and engaging. The delicious seafood, amazing desserts, and fantastic view are pretty compelling too!

Lori is a devoted soccer/basketball/baseball/roadie mom and lives in Ballard with her rockstar son Cole (and their two gigantic cats Frankie and Rufus).
