Semi-Private Dining

After 5:00 PM Sunday-Thursdays from October-March, the Boathouse Dining Room is available for semi-private dining for groups up to 30 guests. We can also accommodate larger groups within the main dining room. We are not able to accommodate groups over 10 guests from April-September, or Fridays-Saturdays year round.

Private Dining

Ray's has it's own private waterfront banquet room located adjacent to the main restaurant called the Northwest Room. The Northwest Room can accommodate groups from 10 to 150 guests for all varieties of corporate and social celebrations! It features its own private canopied waterfront deck, an elegant slate fireplace, custom copper lighting and Ray's spectacular view of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. Click here for more information on our Northwest Room, menus and photographs.

Chef's Tours for Large Groups

Looking for a unique experience to entertain your group when dining with us? Ray's is now offering tours of our Boathouse Kitchen led by Executive Chef Peter Birk. Your group will get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at what really happens in one of the busiest kitchens in Seattle, complete with nibbles and sparkling wine.
