Food and beverage prices quoted are subject to Washington State Sales Tax of 10.0%. Labor charges, rentals, and miscellaneous charges are subject to Washington State Sales Tax of 9.5%. Prices and taxes are subject to change without notice.

Delivery Charges for Drop-Off Menus

Drop-off charges are subject to 9.5% sales tax. If additional staffing or set-up is needed, each staff person will be billed at an hourly rate of $25.00 per hour based on portal to portal. Prices and charges subject to change without notice.

Eastside/Other  $75.00 and up, based on location.

Hourly Rates Per Staff

Event Captains - $25.00 Per Hour
Servers - $25.00 Per Hour
Bartenders - $25.00 Per Hour
Kitchen Staff - $25.00 Per Hour

Deposit and Payment Policy

For drop off events, a 50% deposit is necessary to confirm the catering contract. The balance is due the day of the function. Any adjustments are payable or credited within three (3) days, provided credit has been established with Ray's Catering. Any unpaid balance will be charged to your authorized credit card.

Guarantee

Ray's requires notification of the exact number of guests five (5) days prior to the function. Once received, this number constitutes a guarantee.

Beverages

Ray's offers a wide variety of non-alcoholic beverage options.

Menu Items

Menu selections will be creatively displayed on disposable platters. Many of the menu items are intended to be served at room temperature. As necessary, additional heating and assembly instructions will be included.
