

Northwest Room
Ray's on-premise banquet room, the Northwest Room, is located in the building adjacent to the main restaurant. It features its own private canopied waterfront deck, an elegant slate fireplace, custom copper lighting and a spectacular view of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains. We provide fresh flowers and votive candles for guest tables.
The Northwest Room can accommodate 10 to 74 guests for a plated meal or buffet, and up to 80 guests reception-style with some cocktail seating. Utilizing the canopied deck during the summer months, the room can accommodate up to 120 guests reception-style. The canopied deck has seating for 40 guests, and can be enclosed and heated while still retaining the view of Puget Sound.

Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life. Ray's professional event planners provide an uncommon level of service and individual attention to detail, and are committed to making your wedding as beautiful and effortless as possible.
Ceremony Fee
There is a $595.00 ceremony fee if you decide to hold your ceremony on premise in the Northwest Room which provides the following amenities:
- Bridal Suite lounge complete with a bathroom, couch, chairs, full-length mirror, beauty bar with mirrors, stools and lighting, refreshments upon request, relaxing music and candles.
- Our experienced event planner will work with you exclusively to plan your ceremony and reception from start to finish.
- Ray's provides a complimentary 1-hour rehearsal walk-through with your event planner and/or the operations manager.
- Your event planner and/or our operations manager will be on premise for the set-up of your wedding and will attend your ceremony to ensure flawless execution.
- Professional, polished servers provide the expert set-up required for weddings and Ray's trademark hospitality so you can relax and enjoy your guests.
- Ray's provides a complimentary aisle runner.
- Ray's provides complimentary natural wood folding chairs for your seated ceremony.
- Ray's provides a complimentary bottle of Domaine Ste. Michelle champagne for the bride and groom.
There is a $2.00 per guest cake cutting fee for wedding cakes brought into Ray's. Ray's does not provide traditional tiered wedding cakes.
The dance floor rental fee is $250.00.

Minimum Purchase & Service Charge
The Northwest Room is subject to a minimum food and beverage purchase. The minimums range from $500.00 to $4,200.00, depending on dates and times. Please contact our office for the minimum purchase for your event. A 20% service charge will be added to your food and beverage total.

Room Charge
The room charge is based on a 4-hour event. The room charge ranges from $250.00 to $1,275.00. For events longer than 4 hours, an additional $100.00 per hour charge will apply. The room charge includes staff, tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, flatware. Please contact our office for the room charge for your event.

Taxes
Washington state sales tax of 10.0% will be added to all food and beverage purchases. A Washington state sales tax of 9.5% will be added to the room charge, service charge, rental equipment, cake cutting fee, ceremony fee and to any other miscellaneous charges.

Beverages
Ray's offers a wide variety of beverages, including an extensive wine list. Ray's does not allow outside beverages to be brought in. Ray's is the only authorized licensee to sell and serve alcoholic beverages on premise. Your beverage cost is based on actual consumption.
Deposit and Payment Policy
For on-premise events, a $500.00 deposit is required to confirm the event. The balance is due three (3) days prior to your event. Any adjustments are payable or credited within seven days, provided credit has been established with Ray's Catering. Any unpaid balance will be charged to your authorized credit card. All payments must be made no later than the day of the event.
Cancellation Policy
Upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit the reservation is final. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit unless the room is rebooked with another group. If notice of cancellation is received 90 days or more in advance of the function, the deposit will be refunded.
Guaranteed Guest Counts and Deadlines
Ray's Catering requires a final guarantee of the number of guests attending your event by noon five (5) business days prior to your event. For December events, final guest counts are due seven (7) days prior to your event. Once received, this number constitutes a guarantee. The final invoice will reflect the final guarantee or the actual number of guests, whichever is greater. The guarantee number is of utmost importance to ensure that the food, beverages and scheduled service staff meet your guests' needs.
All details, including food and beverage menus, bar options, audio-visual needs, linens and room set must be finalized fourteen (14) days prior to the date of your event. Changes made after that date will be accommodated whenever possible. Menu and beverage prices are subject to change, and will be confirmed two weeks prior to your event.
Decoration
Ray's Catering provides fresh flowers and votive candles for indoor guest tables. Ray's Catering will not permit the affixing of anything to the walls, floors, or ceilings of rooms unless approved by your sales representative prior to your event date. ***Ray's Catering prohibits the use of confetti, glitter or plastic flower petals.
Parking
Complimentary valet parking for evening events is provided in our own lot to capacity. Additional street parking and paid lots are available. Due to limited parking, we recommend allowing additional time for guest parking during summer and peak times.
