Ray’s Boathouse – Dine Around Menu 2013 – $30 for three-course meal

We are thrilled to welcome diners to the new Boathouse dining room for Dine Around Seattle, which runs March 3-28 (Sundays through Thursdays.) We’re offering a special 3-course dinner menu with delicious choices of one starter, one entrée, and a dessert for just $30 (Tax, gratuity and beverages are not included.)

Make your reservation on Open Table and then join us early for a cocktail at our new bar with spectacular views of Shilshole Bay and the Olympic Mountains.  Make March memorable with dinner at Ray’s Boathouse!


Starter (choose 1)

  • Preserved Tomato & Goat Cheese Salad (Mixed baby greens, charred tomato vinaigrette, pine nuts)
  • Creamy Sunchoke Soup (Duck confit, apple, chives)
  • Puget Sound Mediterranean Mussels (Smoked onion butter, herbs, red pepper)

Entree (choose 1)

  • Idaho Wagyu Beef (Red chili ponzu sauce, potato puree, braised spinach)
  • Dungeness Crab Cake (Smoked sweet potato latke, red cabbage confit)
  • Crispy Seared Alaskan King Salmon (Glazed cipollini onions, bacon-butternut hash, lemon butter)
  • Wild Mushroom-Black Truffle Risotto (Glazed cipollini onions, red wine reduction


Dessert (choose 1)

  • Chocolate Feuilletine (Rum ganache, coconut, banana rum ice cream)
