Franc-ly my dear… Ray’s is the place to be on Thursday, Feb 21 as our friends from PCC Natural Markets join us to celebrate Cabernet Franc with a tastefully paired wine dinner!
Ray’s culinary team has composed a menu perfectly designed to complement the luscious wines of Chinook Wines and Quady North Wineries. It’s a taste of two Pacific Northwest Valleys – the Washington Yakima and the Oregon Applegate, starring Cabernet Franc. A supporting cast of Roussane, Marsanne, Viognier and Chardonnay and Rose will be present.
Located on the water’s edge of Puget Sound, Ray’s Northwest Room offers the perfect location for indulging the senses. With the Olympic Mountains setting the stage, come meet the winemakers Kay Simon and Herb Quady as they guide you through the discovery of this most under-appreciated grape, Cabernet Franc.
