Ray's MusselsCelebrate the Pacific Northwest’s shellfish bounty during Shell-Fest 2015 at Ray’s Café. From January 19-31, Ray’s will feature 12 new shellfish menu preparations by Chef de Cuisine Paul Duncan, only available during the festival.

Shell-Fest will be available in Ray’s Café daily for lunch and dinner, 11:30am–9pm. Enjoy alongside our daily happy hour drink specials, 4-6pm. Make a meal of it!

Full Pound Steamed Manila Clams Pork belly, vermouth, butter, chives

Penn Cove Mussels Marinara Fresh basil, angel hair pasta

Sautéed Blackened Shrimp Onion, Bourbon, butter, garlic bread

Rock Shrimp Tacos Pico de gallo, chipotle-sour cream, shredded romaine lettuce, tortilla chips, salsa

Chilled Peel & Eat Prawns Lemon-spice poached, Louis dressing

Popcorn Shrimp Lightly breaded, fried golden brown, tartar sauce, cocktail sauce

Dungeness Crab Bisque Sweet corn, creamy veloute

Washington Razor Clams Pan fried, panko crusted, saffron-shallot jam, jalapeno tartar

Baked Half Shell Oysters Uli’s Andouille sausage, leeks, smoked paprika-butter

Steamed Half Dungeness Crab Drawn butter, winter bread salad

Prawn Cocktail Classic cocktail sauce, lemon

    It’s about time someone put our iconic Dungeness in its original form somewhere on a Northwest restaurant menu, even if for a very short time! I’ll come just for that. Oh, and perhaps bring my bosses bosses boss, the EVP of Red Lobster with me on Feb 5. You up for that?
