Well, the evening was a smashing success, in no small part due to Paul, Scott and Doug! They (and the great food) were the best! They arrived with plenty of time; set up the house beautifully; were ever present and attentive and, at the same time, almost invisible. They were the best in service, even to the point that Scott took drinks and Hors Oeuvres 200 feet down the hill to the lake dock where some of our guests were relaxing. They left the house in better shape than when they arrived and were gone before we knew it. And, to have your top Chef, Paul, was very special.
