Semi Private Event Space
Located upstairs from Ray’s Boathouse, our Café Fireside Room is a great spot for your next group dining experience!
The curtain can remain open to provide a view of the Puget Sound, or be closed to give your event a more private feel.
While this space isn’t positioned on a western facing window and does not have a direct view, it is a nice cozy space for
group dining. Our Fireside Room can accommodate 10 to 30 guests.

Minimums & Fees
Food and beverage minimums range from $500 to $3,000 depending on the date and time, before tax and service
charge. One check is required and an automatic gratuity of 20% will be added. WA Tax is currently 10.1% and subject to
change at any time.

Menus
You may order off the Café menu or choose a preset limited menu ahead of time.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Upon reserving the Fireside Room, you will be sent a contract to be returned by the date outlined. Cancellation less than
five days prior to the event will result in a $200 to $500 cancellation fee, depending on the date and time.

Important Considerations
Ray’s service team will set and strike all tables, chairs and service wares that are provided by Ray’s. Additional décor may
be brought in by the customer. The setup and removal of these items is the responsibility of the customer. Ray’s will not
be held responsible for articles left on the premises.

There is a $2.00 per guest service fee for all outside desserts brought into Ray’s and it must be from a licensed bakery.
Ray’s pastry chef can accommodate special cake and dessert requests. Please let your sales representative know if you
would like a cake quote.

Tours are given by appointment only during a mutually agreeable time.
