“Just also want to say thank you for shepherding an amazing night at Ray’s for our wedding. Our guests all raved about the food being the best they’ve ever had at a wedding (even several family members who, let’s say, always offer very frank feedback), and I agree – the beef was delicious, the bacon salad was very popular and I have a tub of the mashed potatoes I’m going to make sure doesn’t go to waste 🙂

The staff were all completely on it last night, too.  They all did a fantastic job serving, bussing, bar-tending and we really appreciate that our guests were well taken care of. I forget the gentleman’s name, but the tall brown-haired guy running things was extremely helpful, making sure all the food got packed up for us, even helping us get everything loaded into a van at the end of the night, and prompting us when food / pies were ready / helping find a lost bouquet.

What none of them saw explicitly was how everything we asked for from you was perfectly executed. I’ll admit that we were a little worried when all the catering staff changed when we were booking but you have been amazingly responsive and detail oriented as we were figuring out what we wanted and changed our minds on various things. So thank you for being awesome, basically!  We’ll definitely recommend Ray’s for other friends who get married in the area.”
