We’re thrilled to bring back our guest-favorite Steakhouse Pop-Up at Ray’s Boathouse!
Seattle’s best steakhouse pop-up features a limited number of steaks per day served with classic steakhouse sides like Loaded Baked Potatoes, Mac and Cheese, Oysters on the Half Shell more! Plus, the option to add special sauces or compound butter. Or make it really special and add Hollandaise and Dungeness Crab for an Oscar style steak!

Full-bodied aromas and flavors of ripe plums, chocolate, spicy oak, and graphite define the aromatics, and it’s concentrated, has ripe, chalky tannins, plenty of mid-palate depth, and a great finish. The blend is 84% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, and the balance Malbec, raised in 75% new French oak.
