Facts: icy winter waters produce plumper oysters, that are richer in flavor and ideal for slurping by the dozen.

So grab your date or group of friends and join us at Ray’s Boathouse and Cafe for Bubbles & Bivalves all month! Pair your oysters with Champagne or sparkling wine for a match made in seafood heaven! Choose a bottle, or opt for a glass of bubbly in 3 and 6 ounce pours.

Oyster selections will change based on availability, served with Ray’s classic red wine mignonette and limited time passionfruit mignonette.
