Meet our Catering Managers!
HANNAH COREY

Hannah joins Ray’s Catering team with a dedication to hospitality and extensive wedding, large event and operations experience. Since her first job bussing tables at age 15, hospitality has been her passion and one and only career goal. She graduated from Central Washington University with a BS in global wine studies and a minor in event planning.

Hannah has executed all types of events, from large movie nights at Redhook Brewery, to boutique corporate dinners and weddings at the Alexis Hotel. The details of set up and presentation and making her clients’ vision come to life are her favorite parts of the event planning process.

MICHELLE CHANG

With extensive hospitality, guest services and event experience Michelle Chang brings her trifecta of talent to lead Ray’s Catering team. Highly organized, Michelle is a wiz at planning the details of your event – from corporate luncheons to gorgeous weddings to lively family celebrations, she will make sure your special occasion is well planned from start to finish.

As a former east coaster Michelle graduated from Boston University with a BA in Hospitality Administration, then moved to New York to pursue a career in hospitality. Now a west coaster Michelle loves to watch New York sports, and explore new restaurants and bars in Seattle.

Marking our first reservation event since reopening the Café dining room (and takeout) earlier this month, Ray’s Café is delighted to announce our Easter holiday, Sunday, April 4, 2021. In addition to offering our Café menu on Easter, we’re extending a special three-course plated menu with choice of one under each course:

  • We will be offering plated meals including our Café greatest hits menu, our Easter three-course pre fixe, and our children’s menu for those 11 years of age and younger from 11:30am – 9pm.
  • We will not be offering a buffet.
  • We are accepting reservations for inside dining on Easter Sunday April 4th for groups up to a maximum of 6 people including children and infants. Reservations can be made here.
  • If upon arrival you decide you’d like to sit outside we will cancel your inside reservation and add you to the end of the waitlist.
  • Guests arriving without indoor reservations will be offered our covered and heated tent and/or uncovered outside seating, weather pending.
  • Please be timely for your reservation as we are not allowed any lobby space to hold guests.
  • We do not offer happy hour and do not honor any promotional discounts on holidays.
  • We continue to be walk ins only on non-special event holidays.

Batched Cocktails & Kits To-Go

Bring home a craft cocktail in a bottle! Our seasonal selection of batched cocktails is now available for pickup on Toast. All you have to worry about is “rocks, or neat,” and choosing a worthy glass. Just grab from the fridge and pour, no mixing required!

If you prefer to make your own beverage, opt for our Private Selection Manhattan Cocktail Kit complete with Ray’s Custom Woodford Reserve Bourbon, a bottle of Dolin Sweet Vermouth and house-made Brandied Cherries. It’s the perfect cocktail kit to spruce up your home bar cart! Stock up for the holidays now via Toast.

Cocktails include:

Barrel-Aged Brooklyn – 1-liter, $50
Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Luxardo maraschino liqueur, Dolin dry vermouth, Amaro Ramazzotti. Aged onsite in small American oak barrels. Add on House-Made Brandied Cherries (10oz) for an additional $10.

Barrel-Aged Negroni – 1-liter, $50
Hendricks Gin, Carpano Antica formula vermouth, Dolin rouge vermouth, Campari, aged onsite in small American oak barrels.

Private Selection Manhattan Cocktail Kit – 1-liter, $100
One liter of Woodford Reserve ‘Ray’s Private Selection No.1’ Bourbon, 750 ml of Dolin sweet vermouth and house-made brandied cherries (optional).

House-Made Brandied Cherries – 10oz, $10

Christmas Eve & Day 2019 at Ray’s Boathouse & Café

Celebrate the holidays with Ray’s! Join us on Christmas Eve in the Café for a delicious Northwest seafood lunch or dinner as you enjoy our cozy fireplace and breathtaking views of the Puget Sound. On Christmas Day, the Café is featuring a greatest hits menu of our most-loved dishes!

In the Boathouse, you’ll feel the spirit of the holidays with festive décor and our seasonally inspired 3-course dinner including soup or salad, entrée, and your choice of house made dessert, available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Boathouse
The Boathouse will be serving its regular dinner menu with dishes such as Sablefish in Sake Kasu, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Filet Mignon and delicious house made desserts. Or choose our 3-course menu including a choice of salad, entrée, and dessert (beverages, tax, and gratuity not included) for $60. Children’s menu available.

Ray’s Café is offering its regular lunch and dinner menu with dishes like Wild Northwest Salmon, Fresh Alaskan Halibut, Dungeness Crab Cakes, Seared Sea Scallops, Clam Chowder, Fish and Chips, and much more. Children’s menu available.

The Café is open from 11:30am (first seating) to 8pm (last seating) on Christmas Eve. The Café Bar is open from 11:30am to 8pm with regular menu offerings and seated on a first come basis. No reservations needed.

Christmas Day – Wednesday, Dec. 25

Boathouse
Enjoy our regular dinner menu plus the 3-course seasonal menu featured above with choice of starter,  entrée, and dessert (beverages, tax, and gratuity not included) for $60 per guestFull children’s menu available.

The Boathouse is open on Christmas Day from 2pm (first seating) to 8pm (last seating). Boathouse Bar is open from 2-8pm on Christmas Day with the regular menu available. No reservations are needed, first come basis.

Café
Ray’s Café is open Christmas Day from 12pm (first seating) to 8pm (last seating). The menu will include the greatest hits from our Café menu along with seasonally inspired a la carte specials! A full children’s menu will be available.

The Café Bar will be open from 12-8pm with the same Café menu. No reservations are needed, first come basis.

Celebrate the start of a brand new year at Ray’s!

Gather your friends and family on New Year’s Eve, Sunday, December 31 for a perfect dinner before a night on the town or cozy evening watching fireworks on TV. The Boathouse will serve its full menu of fresh, local seafood, including chilled Northwest Oysters, Wild Salmon, King Crab Legs and more from 5 to 9pm

The Café will offer its entire menu including Dungeness Crab Cakes, Pan Seared Sea Scallop Fettuccini, RR Ranch Filet Mignon and Prawns and more until 8pm.

Enjoy a celebratory toast, with a $35 glass or $140 bottle of 2004 Dom Perignon in the Boathouse or Café. Or enjoy festive cocktails, craft beer and Northwest wine.

On New Year’s Day get a little hair of the dog with Bloody Mary’s and Fish & Chips in the Café starting at 11:30am. The Boathouse will open at 5pm and offer its complete dinner menu until 9pm.
