New Year’s Eve Dining 2021!

End 2021 with an incredible meal at Ray’s!

We’re thrilled to be open and serving you this New Year’s Eve in both our first floor Boathouse and upstairs Cafe. Join us for dinner, pop some bubbly and toast to 2022!

Both venues will offer regular menus along with elegant specials prepared by our Executive Chef Kevin Murray and team.

Reservations are strongly encouraged for all parties on New Year’s Eve and can be made online for the Cafe here and Boathouse here.

Boathouse reservations are available from 5pm (first seating) to 9pm (last seating). Boathouse bar will be open for guests ages 21 and over on a first-come basis.

Cafe reservations are available from 11:30am (first seating) to 8pm (last seating). Cafe bar will be open for guests ages 21 and over on a first-come basis.

*All guests must show proof of full covid-19 vaccination with valid ID to enter the building, or proof of a negative covid-19 test within 72 hours of dining.

Celebrate the start of a brand new year at Ray’s!

Gather your friends and family on New Year’s Eve, Sunday, December 31 for a perfect dinner before a night on the town or cozy evening watching fireworks on TV. The Boathouse will serve its full menu of fresh, local seafood, including chilled Northwest Oysters, Wild Salmon, King Crab Legs and more from 5 to 9pm

The Café will offer its entire menu including Dungeness Crab Cakes, Pan Seared Sea Scallop Fettuccini, RR Ranch Filet Mignon and Prawns and more until 8pm.

Enjoy a celebratory toast, with a $35 glass or $140 bottle of 2004 Dom Perignon in the Boathouse or Café. Or enjoy festive cocktails, craft beer and Northwest wine.

On New Year’s Day get a little hair of the dog with Bloody Mary’s and Fish & Chips in the Café starting at 11:30am. The Boathouse will open at 5pm and offer its complete dinner menu until 9pm.

New Year’s Eve

End 2016 on a delicious note in the Boathouse with celebratory surf-and-turf specials alongside our regular menu overflowing with fresh seafood and seasonal classics. Toast to the New Year on the waterfront with an elegant glass of wine or craft cocktail, such as Ray’s Classic Martini or the Professional with Old Overholt rye whiskey, aged rum, Aperol and Scrappy’s orange bitters.

New Year’s Day

Gather with friends to refuel and recover from New Year’s Eve festivities at Ray’s! Kick off the New Year in the Cafe 11:30 a.m. – 9 p.m. with our popular Ray’s Bloody Mary with house-infused garlic vodka, classic Dmitri’s spicy bloody mix, spicy salt rim and house smoked salmon paired with Ray’s Seafood Salad or Blackened Salmon Tacos with flour tortillas, cabbage, pico de gallo, cilantro chipotle sour cream and roasted salsa.

From 5 p.m. – 9 p.m., head down to the Boathouse for succulent menu items such as Butter Poached Main Lobster Tail with Tarragon, garlic, ginger, Brussels sprouts, house smoked bacon and Old Bay fried potatoes or start the New Year on the right foot with lighter options such as Grilled Prawns that are spice rubbed and include a fennel-radish salad and chili sauce.
